Payment Terms and Conditions

This site is to be used solely for the purpose of paying fees to the Town of Darien, Connecticut Health Department. The balance must be paid in full.

To complete the payment process, please search by an invoice number (typically used for residential - septic/well - applications) or permit number (typically used for cosmetology, food and pool permits). Permit Numbers can be found in the top right corner of your existing permit. If you do not have either number, please call the Health Department 203-656-7320.

We accept the following forms of payment: MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express and debit cards. All credit/debit card payments will include a 2.25% convenience fee. Once a payment is completed, you will be redirected back to this screen and should receive an email receipt/confirmation of the payment. If you feel that your payment did not complete, please wait two business days to see if it has been reflected to your credit card account or contact your credit card customer service to confirm the transaction before attempting a second payment. Payments will be credited at 7:30am EST the following day.
